Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers (Johnstown, PA) supporters left the game thrilled Sunday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA), 7-2 in a league game.

With the triumph, Westmont Hilltop improves its record to 14-3 on the year. The Hilltoppers host River Valley (Blairsville, PA) to face the Panthers in a non-league game on Monday, May 12. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 8-2. River Valley lost 8-2 in their recent league game against West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA)

The Crushers now hold a 9-10 record. They play next when they travel to Greater Johnstown for a Laurel Highlands 1 game on Monday, May 12.
