In Friday's non-league game, the visiting West Wendover Wolverines baseball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Pershing County Mustangs.

The Wolverines (21-6) will now prepare for their game against Yerington (Yerington, NV). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 17-4 record. In their last game, Yerington ran past Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV), 15-0, in a league outing.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 12. Pershing County will attempt to advance on its 14-15 season record. The Longhorns go into the outing with a 11-10 record after their 14-3 league loss to West Wendover (West Wendover, NV).
