Maine High School Lacrosse - Cape Elizabeth overwhelms Thornton Academy
May 12, 2023: Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107 The Cape Elizabeth Capers lacrosse team scored 13 points and held the visiting Thornton Academy Trojans to 7 in the Capers league win on Friday.
The Capers (10-1) will now prepare for their match against York (York, ME). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 5-2 record.
The Trojans (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Red Storm go into the Class A South match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Scarborough was overwhelmed by Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME), 21-7, in a non-league match.
