Missouri High School Baseball - Marion County wallops Missouri Military Academy
May 12, 2025: Philadelphia, MO 63463 The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Marion County Mustangs (Philadelphia, MO) and the visiting Missouri Military Academy Fighting Colonels (Mexico, MO), saw Marion County's baseball team gain a win over Missouri Military Academy by a tally of 15-0.
The Mustangs (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against La Plata (La Plata, MO). The Bulldogs enter the Class 1 District 13 battle with a 5-12 record. In their last battle, La Plata prevailed over Knox County (Edina, MO), 12-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Fighting Colonels face the South Callaway Bulldogs (Mokane, MO) in a Class 3 District 8 battle, on Thursday, May 15. Missouri Military Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 14-12 record after their 16-1 non-league win over Jamestown (Jamestown, MO).
