May 13, 2023: Millbury, OH 43447 The Lake Flyers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Rossford Bulldogs to 5 in the Flyers non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Lake moves its record to 15-6 on the year. The Flyers travel to Evergreen (Metamora, OH) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league game on Monday, May 15. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 7-12. Evergreen lost 15-4 in their recent non-league game against Northwood (Northwood, OH)
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Otsego Knights (Tontogany, OH) in a Northern Buckeye game, on Monday, May 15. Rossford will attempt to move on its 5-15 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 13-8 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH).
