Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Wachusett Regional drops to Oakmont Regional
May 13, 2025: Ashburnham, MA 01430 Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA), 17-6 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Oakmont Regional advances its record to 10-3 on the season. The Spartans travel to Littleton (Littleton, MA) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, May 15. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 11-1. Littleton won 12-11 in their recent non-league game against Auburn (Auburn, MA)
The Mountaineers now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tantasqua Regional for a non-league game on Thursday, May 15. Wachusett Regional will play a Warriors team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Advanced Math & Science Academy (Marlborough, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-10.
