Unionville Longhorns (Kennett Square, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA), 6-4 in a league test.

With the win, Unionville upgrades its record to 10-9 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Springfield (Springfield, PA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 16. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 7-12. Springfield won 7-1 in their recent league test against Radnor (Radnor, PA)

With the defeat, Sun Valley falls to 9-10 on the season. The Vanguards host Chichester (Boothwyn, PA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 17. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 16-3. Chichester won 6-1 in their recent league test against Chester (Chester, PA)
