Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA) and the visiting Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA), saw Sun Valley's baseball squad knock off Kennett by a count of 6-2.

Coming up next, the Vanguards play the Avon Grove Red Devils (West Grove, PA) in a Ches-Mont battle, on Thursday, April 13. Sun Valley will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Red Devils enter the battle with a 6-1 record after their 5-1 league win over Downingtown West (Downingtown, PA).

The Blue Demons now possess a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host East for a Ches-Mont battle on Friday, April 14. Kennett will play a Vikings squad coming off a 7-5 league win over Henderson (West Chester, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-2.
