Minnesota High School Baseball - Mankato West edges Marshall
May 15, 2025: Mankato, MN 56001 In Thursday's non-league game, the host Mankato West Scarlets baseball team scored a close 5-3 win over the Marshall Tigers.
The Scarlets (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against Austin (Austin, MN). The Packers enter the Big 9 battle with a 6-10 record. In their last battle, Austin by Mankato East (Mankato, MN), 13-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the Fairmont Cardinals (Fairmont, MN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 17. Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 16-1 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Redwood Valley (Redwood Falls, MN).
