New York High School Softball - East Islip bounces Shoreham-Wading River
May 16, 2023: Islip Terrace, NY 11752 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the East Islip Redmen (Islip Terrace, NY) and the visiting Shoreham-Wading River Wildcats (Shoreham, NY), witnessed East Islip's softball squad prevail over Shoreham-Wading River by a count of 18-0.
The Redmen now sport a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Kings Park for a non-league match on Thursday, May 18. East Islip will meet a Kingsmen squad coming off a 12-0 league win over John Glenn (Elwood, NY). The Kingsmen record now stands at 14-2.
With the loss, Shoreham-Wading River falls to 4-4 on the campaign.
