May 16, 2024: Hampshire, IL 60140 The Hampshire Whip-Purs softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Geneva Vikings to 2 in the Whip-Purs non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Hampshire moves its record to 19-12 on the year. The Whip-Purs host Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL) to play the Tigers in a Fox Valley game on Friday, May 17. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 19-9. Crystal Lake Central lost 8-6 in their recent non-league game against Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL)
