In Saturday's non-league game, the host Cathedral Fighting Irish baseball team scored a close 8-3 win over the Harrison Raiders.

The Fighting Irish (16-7) will now prepare for their game against Carmel (Carmel, IN). The Greyhounds go into the non-league game with a 15-7 record. In their last game, Carmel nudged Batesville (Batesville, IN), 8-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Raiders play the Benton Central Bison (Oxford, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 20. Harrison will attempt to improve on its 16-6 season record. The Bison go into the game with a 5-18 record after their 10-1 non-league loss to Frontier (Chalmers, IN).
