The Lewis County Minutemen baseball team (Weston, WV), 10-7 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting University Hawks (Morgantown, WV)

The Hawks now hold a 22-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morgantown for a non-league outing on Monday, May 22. University will confront a Mohigans team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV). The Mohigans record now stands at 23-6.

Next, the Minutemen confront the Robert C. Byrd Eagles (Clarksburg, WV) in a Big Ten outing, on Monday, May 22. Lewis County will attempt to advance on its 13-9 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 13-16 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Morgantown (Morgantown, WV).
