Michigan High School Softball - Grand Ledge can't get by Utica Ford
May 18, 2024: Sterling Heights, MI 48313 The Utica Ford Falcons softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Grand Ledge Comets to 4 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Utica Ford moves its record to 14-8 on the year. The Falcons travel to Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI) to play the Eagles in a Macomb Area - Red game on Tuesday, May 21. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 4-9.
In their next game, the Comets play the Hudsonville Eagles (Hudsonville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 18. Grand Ledge will attempt to advance on its 22-8 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 30-0 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Utica (Utica, MI).
