May 22, 2025: Redford, MI 48239 The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Thurston Eagles (Redford, MI) and the visiting Redford Union Panthers (Redford, MI), saw Thurston's baseball team gain a win over Redford Union by a tally of 18-6.
The Eagles (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Ypsilanti (Ypsilanti, MI). The Grizzlies enter the non-league battle with a 2-19 record.
Next, the Panthers face the Summit Academy Dragons (Romulus, MI) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 23. Redford Union will attempt to upgrade on its 0-33 season record. The Dragons enter the battle with a 10-4 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Crestwood (Dearborn Heights, MI).
