The Thurston Eagles baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Crestwood Chargers to 8 in the Eagles league win on Wednesday.

The Eagles now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Garden City for a Western Wayne test on Monday, May 5.

With the defeat, Crestwood drops to 2-7 on the year. The Chargers travel to Dearborn (Dearborn, MI) to play the Pioneers in a non-league test on Friday, May 2. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 8-7. Dearborn won 18-6 in their recent league test against Glenn (Westland, MI)
