Michigan High School Softball - St. Patrick gets by Saranac
May 22, 2025: Saranac, MI 48881 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the St. Patrick Shamrocks (Portland, MI) and the host Saranac Redhawks (Saranac, MI), observed St. Patrick's softball team get by Saranac by a tally of 8-7.
The Shamrocks (6-8) will now prepare for their bout against Laingsburg (Laingsburg, MI). The Wolfpack go into the Central Michigan bout with a 15-8 record.
In their next game, the Redhawks battle the Lakeview Wildcats (Lakeview, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 23. Saranac will attempt to advance on its 4-12 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 8-20 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Montabella (Blanchard, MI).
