May 29, 2025: Conrad, IA 50621 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the BCLUW Comets (Conrad, IA) and the visiting Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons (Parkersburg, IA), observed BCLUW's softball team prevail over Aplington-Parkersburg by a tally of 11-1.
The Comets (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Baxter (Baxter, IA). The go into the Iowa Star - South bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Baxter was routed by North Tama (Traer, IA), 12-2, in a league bout.
