The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN) and the visiting Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), saw Cowan's softball squad nip Tri by a count of 2-1.

The Blackhawks now sport a 22-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rossville for a non-league match on Saturday, June 3. Cowan will face a Hornets squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Riverton Parke (Montezuma, IN). The Hornets record now stands at 22-6.

With the loss, Tri falls to 15-12 on the campaign.
