June 5, 2025: Osceola, IA 50213 The Clarke Indians triumphed over the visiting Mount Ayr Raiders softball squad by a count of 8-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians play the Cardinal Comets (Eldon, IA) in a South Central challenge, on Friday, June 6. Clarke will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Comets enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Sigourney (Sigourney, IA).
The Raiders (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lenox (Lenox, IA). The Tigers enter the Pride of Iowa challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Lenox was routed by Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA), 10-3, in a league challenge.
