The Trojans (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Washington (Washington, IA). The Demons come into the Southeast match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Washington nipped Durant (Durant, IA), 5-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Trojans confront the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks (Wellman, IA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, June 7. Iowa City West will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Golden Hawks enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 12-4 non-league win over West Branch (West Branch, IA).
