Iowa High School Softball - Keokuk tipped by Fairfield
June 30, 2025: Fairfield, IA 52556 Fairfield Trojans (Fairfield, IA) supporters left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Keokuk Chiefs (Keokuk, IA), 10-8 in a league game.
With the triumph, Fairfield improves its record to 16-13 on the year. The Trojans travel to Albia (Albia, IA) to play the Blue Demons in a non-league game on Saturday, July 5. The Blue Demons enter the game with a record of 23-1.
The Chiefs now hold a 3-24 record. They play next when they host Central Lee for a non-league game on Wednesday, July 2. Keokuk will play a Hawks squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Danville (Danville, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 24-7.
