Iowa High School Softball - Kee bounces Oelwein
June 7, 2025: Oelwein, IA 50662 The Kee Kee Hawks softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Oelwein Huskies to 5 in the Kee Hawks non-league win on Saturday.
The Kee Hawks now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Postville for a Upper Iowa battle on Monday, June 9. Kee will confront a Pirates team coming off a 15-0 league loss to Turkey Valley (Jackson Junction, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Oelwein moves to 5-5 on the season. The Huskies travel to Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA) to confront the Cougars in a North Iowa Cedar - East battle on Monday, June 9. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 5-2. Sumner-Fredericksburg lost 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Edgewood-Colesburg (Edgewood, IA)
