June 7, 2025: Holstein, IA 51025 Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Ridge View Raptors (Holstein, IA), 10-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Sioux Center upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Warriors host Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA) to play the Generals in a Siouxland game on Monday, June 9. The Generals enter the game with a record of 1-5. Sibley-Ocheyedan lost 23-3 in their recent league game against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA)
The Raptors now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to West Monona for a Western Valley game on Monday, June 9. Ridge View will play a Spartans squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Cherokee Washington (Cherokee, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 7-4.
