Maine High School Softball - Spruce Mountain holds off Monmouth Academy
June 8, 2024: Jay, ME 04239 The Spruce Mountain Phoenix (Jay, ME) softball the visiting Monmouth Academy Mustangs (Monmouth, ME), 7-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Phoenix (14-2) will now prepare for their bout against Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 16-2 record. In their last bout, Hall-Dale held off Dirigo (Dixfield, ME), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 9-6 record.
