June 11, 2025: Corydon, IA 50060 Centerville Big Reds/Redettes (Centerville, IA) supporters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Wayne Falcons (Corydon, IA), 5-4 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Centerville improves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Big Reds/Redettes host Albia (Albia, IA) to play the Blue Demons in a South Central game on Thursday, June 12. The Blue Demons enter the game with a record of 9-0. Albia won 9-0 in their recent non-league game against Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, IA)
The Falcons now hold a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast Warren for a Pride of Iowa game on Thursday, June 12.
