Maine High School Lacrosse - Thornton Academy drops to Cape Elizabeth
June 14, 2023: Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107 Cape Elizabeth Capers (Cape Elizabeth, ME) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME), 15-8 in a non-league battle.
The Capers now have a 17-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Portland for a non-league battle on Saturday, June 17. Cape Elizabeth will clash with a Red Riots squad coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Falmouth (Falmouth, ME). The Red Riots record now stands at 13-3.
