Cape Elizabeth Capers (Cape Elizabeth, ME) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME), 15-8 in a non-league battle.

The Capers now have a 17-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Portland for a non-league battle on Saturday, June 17. Cape Elizabeth will clash with a Red Riots squad coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Falmouth (Falmouth, ME). The Red Riots record now stands at 13-3.
