Iowa High School Baseball - B-G-M nips Don Bosco
July 5, 2023: Brooklyn, IA 52211 B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Don Bosco Dons (Gilbertville, IA), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, B-G-M upgrades its record to 11-11 on the season. The Bears host GMG (Garwin, IA) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league test on Saturday, July 8. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 10-14. GMG won 7-2 in their recent non-league test against Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA)
With the defeat, Don Bosco falls to 26-6 on the season.
