July 8, 2025: Hinton, IA 51024 The Central Lyon Lions (Rock Rapids, IA) baseball the host Hinton Blackhawks (Hinton, IA), 6-3 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 10-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Lyon for a Siouxland challenge on Saturday, July 12. Central Lyon will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-6.
With the defeat, Hinton drops to 21-5 on the year.
