In Thursday's non-league test, the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Peachtree Ridge Lions (Suwanee, GA), by a tally of 11-3.

Next, the Bears clash with the Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, August 13. Cherokee Bluff will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
