August 11, 2025: Bryson City, NC 28713 Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pisgah improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bears host T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to face the Rams in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 12. The Rams go into the test with a record of 1-0. T.C. Roberson won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against East Rutherford (Bostic, NC)
The Maroon Devils now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hiwassee Dam for a test on Tuesday, August 12.
