With the win, Fountain Valley improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Barons host Magnolia (Anaheim, CA) to face the Sentinels in a non-league test on Friday, August 15. The Sentinels go into the test with a record of 0-2. Magnolia lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Katella (Anaheim, CA)
Next, the Knights meet the Magnolia Sentinels (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 14. Katella will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Sentinels come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Godinez Fundamental (Santa Ana, CA).
