In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sierra Vista Mountain Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the GV Christian Guardians.

The Mountain Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against The Meadows School (Las Vegas, NV). The Mustangs enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.

The Guardians now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bonanza for a non-league test on Friday, August 15.
