The The Colony Cougars volleyball squad (The Colony, TX), was defeated 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Montwood Rams (El Paso, TX)

With the win, Montwood upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Rams travel to Lone Star (Frisco, TX) to meet the Rangers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. The Rangers enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Lone Star won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against North Garland (Garland, TX)

Next, the Cougars meet the Wills Point Tigers (Wills Point, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 16. The Colony will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Heritage (Frisco, TX).
