In Monday's non-league match, the New Washington Mustangs (New Washington, IN) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers (Madison, IN), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Charlestown Pirates (Charlestown, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, August 26. New Washington will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.

With the loss, Shawe Memorial drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Rock Creek Academy (Sellersburg, IN) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 20.
