The Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers volleyball team (Madison, IN), was beaten 3-0 in Monday's league test with the visiting Rising Sun Shiners (Rising Sun, IN)

With the win, Rising Sun improves its record to 14-10 on the season. The Shiners travel to South Decatur (Greensburg, IN) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 11-11. South Decatur lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Oldenburg Academy (Oldenburg, IN)

The Hilltoppers now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trimble County for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 1.
