The Spring Valley Grizzlies edged the visiting Basic Wolves volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Grizzlies now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Las Vegas for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. Spring Valley will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Green Valley (Henderson, NV). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-4.
