North Carolina High School Volleyball - Carson tips East Rowan

August 21, 2023: China Grove, NC 28023

The Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) volleyball tipped the visiting East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 3-2 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Carson upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to play the Trojans in a South Piedmont 3A outing on Wednesday, August 23. The Trojans go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Northwest Cabarrus lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC)

The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Mooresville for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 22. East Rowan will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Liberty Preparatory Christian (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-0.
