Kentucky High School Volleyball - Marshall County edged by Community Christian
August 22, 2023: Paducah, KY 42003 The Community Christian Warriors held off the visiting Marshall County Marshals volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paducah Tilghman for a District 2 test on Monday, August 28. Community Christian will confront a Blue Tornado team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Calloway County (Murray, KY). The Blue Tornado record now stands at 2-7.
The Marshals (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY). The Bombers enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Ballard Memorial was nudged by Graves County (Mayfield, KY), 3-0, in a league test.
