The Leo Lions (Leo, IN) football tipped the visiting Fort Wayne Bishop Luers Knights (Fort Wayne, IN), 14-7 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Lions now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Angola for a non-league game on Friday, August 29. Leo will battle a Hornets team coming off a 14-6 non-league win over DeKalb (Waterloo, IN). The Hornets record now stands at 1-0.
