Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats confront the Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 30. Franklin County will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.

The Trojans now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host New Palestine for a Hoosier Heritage challenge on Thursday, August 25. New Castle will confront a Dragons team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Southport (Indianapolis, IN). The Dragons record now stands at 3-1.
