The Mt. Vernon Marauders topped the host Western Boone Stars volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Marauders face the Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles (Noblesville, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 26. Mt. Vernon will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN).
