The Union Academy Cardinals topped the visiting Community School of Davidson Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Cardinals now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest Hills for a non-league test on Thursday, August 25. Union Academy will confront a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 2-1.

The Spartans (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
