August 24, 2023: New London, NC 28127 Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host North Stanly Comets (New London, NC), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Spartans clash with the Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, August 29. Community School of Davidson will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
With the loss, North Stanly drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Comets host West Stanly (Oakboro, NC) to clash with the Colts in a non-league match on Monday, August 28. The Colts come into the match with a record of 3-3. West Stanly won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against East Rowan (Salisbury, NC)
