In Thursday's non-league battle, the host South Decatur Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the South Ripley Raiders.

The Cougars (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Crothersville (Crothersville, IN). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 1-9 record. In their last battle, Crothersville lost by Lighthouse Christian Academy (Bloomington, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
