Alaska High School Flag Football - North Pole wallops Colony

August 24, 2024: North Pole, AK 99705

The North Pole Patriots flag football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Colony Knights to 6 in the Patriots league triumph on Saturday.

The Patriots now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lathrop for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. North Pole will meet a Malemutes squad coming off a 37-0 league win over Colony (Palmer, AK). The Malemutes record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Colony drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Wasilla (Wasilla, AK) to meet the Warriors in a Northern Lights test on Tuesday, August 27. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-0. Wasilla won 27-12 in their recent non-league test against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK)
