The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Lathrop Malemutes (Fairbanks, AK) and the host Colony Knights (Palmer, AK), witnessed Lathrop's flag football squad edge Colony by a tally of 13-12.

The Malemutes (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Chugiak was nudged by West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK), 12-0, in a league contest.
