Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host American Leadership Academy Patriots (Queen Creek, AZ), 49-35 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Saguaro improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Sabercats host Mountain View (Mesa, AZ) to confront the Toros in a non-league test on Friday, September 1. The Toros come into the test with a record of 1-0. Mountain View won 40-20 in their recent non-league test against Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ)

With the loss, American Leadership Academy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league test on Friday, September 1. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 0-1. Boulder Creek lost 37-7 in their recent non-league test against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ)
