The Platteview Trojans football squad scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Falls City Tigers to 14 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, September 1. Platteview will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Lincoln Lutheran (Lincoln, NE). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-1.
