Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Sun Valley tips Strath Haven

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA) and the host Strath Haven Panthers (Wallingford, PA), saw Sun Valley's volleyball squad nip Strath Haven by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Sun Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Vanguards host Lower Merion (Ardmore, PA) to play the Aces in a non-league bout on Monday, August 28. The Aces go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Panthers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Bayard Rustin for a non-league bout on Monday, August 28. Strath Haven will play a Golden Knights squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Owen J. Roberts (Pottstown, PA). The Golden Knights record now stands at 1-0.
